When we created the first Bruno|Brown website, they were a brand new practice. The original strategy was entirely different; the previous site was focused on the physicians’ experience and the procedures they offered.
After experiencing exceptional growth over their first few years as a standalone practice the new site needed to handle a lot more content, including before and after photos, videos, blog content, an onsite operating room, and an expanded skin care center.
By reviewing analytics and site heatmaps, we were able to finesse the user experience on the site by creating a central repository for before and after photography. We also developed a comprehensive “Skin Care Center” section to highlight their impressive skin care procedures, products, and results. Additionally, the site needed to be able to accommodate a growing list of awards, procedures, and team members.
With the revised colors, gallery additions, updated design, strong attention to UX, and a website set up to accommodate future expansions, the new site serves as a consistent extension of their brand and a powerful tool for generating online leads.
