Trade Pacific’s website was outdated, but, perhaps more importantly, it was not very mobile-friendly and was difficult to update internally. As many of their clients are located in Asia, it’s mission-critical that the website performs well on all types of mobile devices. In addition, the site had put very little emphasis on SEO, and some of the main content was difficult for visitors to find.

Trade Pacific was looking for a new website that was flexible, mobile-friendly, and a better online representation of who they are as a firm.

The Solution

The goal was to make the site modern, bold, and visually striking to better appeal to an international audience, and to set Trade Pacific apart from its competitors. As opposed to old-fashioned margins, the new Trade Pacific website makes use of a more modern full-width design and utilizes bold, branded colors throughout. As a growing firm (Trade Pacific has gone from the original sole practitioner in 2004 to over 18 associates today), it was important for Trade Pacific to easily add and edit their biographies as needed through a custom built, fill-in-the-blank WordPress post type.

The new site also places a much heavier emphasis on past clients and experience. As opposed to a simple text list that’s easy to miss, the new website breaks apart the categories into unique pages and provides visual elements to support the content for non-native English speakers.

The website works flawlessly across devices and makes navigation simple and clear, while the vibrant design further showcases Trade Pacific online.
